Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Primary non-small cell lung cancer; 2.Thoracoscopic lobectomy; 3. Age > 18 years old; 4. No regular participation in any rehabilitation training in the past 6 months; 5. Patients gave informed consent and participated in the study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Perform total pneumonectomy; 2. Thoracic deformity; 3. Combination of other malignant tumours and serious diseases that may make training unsafe (e.g., cerebral embolism, poorly controlled severe hypertension, etc.); 4. History of mental illness or cognitive impairment.
