A. Inclusion criteria for the normal person simulation group (healthy volunteers): 3)Aged between 18 and 40 years old. 4)The best - corrected visual acuity of both eyes is =0.8, with no obvious anisometropia. B. Inclusion criteria for the low - vision patient group: 5)The target population is low - vision patients caused by different reasons: the best - corrected visual acuity of the better eye of both eyes is <0.3 and =0.05. 6)The causes of low vision include refractive media diseases, optic nerve diseases, macular/fundus diseases, cranial diseases, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Unable to cooperate with clinical examination. b) Taking other medications that may affect vision.
