Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of CAP; (2) Meets the pathogenic diagnostic criteria for multidrug-resistant bacterial infections; (3) Sign an informed consent form; (4) Age = 18 years old; (5)The patient has a stable work schedule, can provide detailed contact information, and has no intention of short-term migration to cooperate with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant or lactating women and patients with recent pregnancy plans; (2) Patients with confusion, dementia, and various mental illnesses; (3) Patients with concurrent tumors, severe cardiovascular disease (acute myocardial infarction, grade 3 or above heart function), and severe liver and kidney disease (severe liver disease refers to bleeding from cirrhosis, portal hypertension, and varicose veins, and severe kidney disease includes dialysis and kidney transplantation)
