Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy, full-term infants (37-42 weeks gestation) born to single mothers. 2. Postpartum period is typically 40-50 days. 3. Intention to primarily breastfeed and supplement with formula feeding for at least 1 month (for all subjects), especially before and after the intervention. 4. Mothers with a ratio of n-6/n-3 fatty acids = 8 in breast milk. 5. Do not consume or supplement oils with high n-3 fatty acid content, such as flaxseed oil, perilla seed oil, peony seed oil, fish oil, and algal oil as part of a regular diet, and refrain from taking DHA supplements for more than 2 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who experience severe nutritional or genetic diseases, pregnancy complications, endocrine disorders, or other conditions during pregnancy that may impact breast feeding. 2. Not participating in the hospital's childcare program within four months after giving birth.
