Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Between the ages of 35 and 75; (2) Patients diagnosed with primary hypertension; (3) Individuals with normal cognitive abilities and the ability to use mobile phones and WeChat for daily communication; (4) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with normal blood pressure; (2) Individuals with secondary hypertension, hereditary dyslipidemia, coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, acute infection, tumors, or other diseases. (3) Drug abuse, hyperthyroidism, stroke, heart failure, valvular heart disease, renal insufficiency, or liver disease.
