Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients with proliferative or severe non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy requiring panrentinal photocoagulation 2: No communication barrier, can cooperate to complete all inspections 3: Willing to sign an informed consent form for the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Previous history of PRP treatment 2: Eyelid disease, nasolacrimal duct obstruction 3: Severe dry eye, concurrent use of contact lenses or topical ophthalmic drugs 4: Any corneal surgery (including laser refractive surgery and pterygium excision) 5: History of intraocular surgery 6: Cataract surgery within 3 months 7: lens opacity 8: Cannot cooperate with laser therapy or eye examination 9: Patients with tractor retinal detachment, massive vitreous hemorrhage, neovascular glaucoma and other conditions requiring surgery 10: Uncontrollable clinical problems during screening (such as serious mental, neurological, cardiovascular, respiratory, urinary and other systemic diseases)
