Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age= 18 years old; (2) meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke-associated pneumonia (SAP) and multidrug-resistant bacteria (MDRB) infection; (3) Complete clinical data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with lung infection diagnosed before stroke; (2) Patients whose pathogenic bacteria are fungi, tuberculosis, viruses, mycoplasma, and chlamydia; (3) Patients with combined tumors; (4) Patients with severe liver function and renal dysfunction; (5) Patients with severe mental illness; (6) The patient or family refuses to accept the provision of relevant information or the original information is seriously missing.
