Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Voluntary participation and signed informed consent; (2) There was no thrombosis in deep vein ultrasound 48h before operation; (3) Patients who are scheduled to undergo hip surgery (except PFNA); (4) Over 60 years of age; (5) ASA?~? (American Society of Anesthesiologists Preoperative Anesthesia Evaluation Scale); (6) Able to cooperate with experimenters.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) There was deep vein thrombosis of the affected limb before surgery; (2) Allergic to local anesthetic drugs; (3) Combined with advanced tumors; (4) Use of multiple antibiotics during perioperative period; (5) Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction: including acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris, acute phase of cerebral infarction, severe arrhythmias (such as second-degree type II and above block), severe congestive heart failure, and patients with ejection fraction less than 45%; (6) severe abnormal coagulation function (blood system disease or long-term oral anticoagulant drugs) (7) Patients admitted to ICU after surgery.
