Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The first clinical diagnosis or the pathological diagnosis by liver biopsy is HCC,Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer Stage 0-A; (2) Received radical surgical treatment for HCC; (3) Have not received local therapy such as transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE), transcatheter arterial embolization (TAE), transcatheter arterial infusion (TAI), hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy (HAIC) or systemic therapy such as targeted therapy, immunotherapy; (4) Three-stage enhanced CT and MRI scans of the liver were performed 2 weeks before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients combined with life-threatening heart diseases, brain diseases, kidney diseases, or other liver diseases (such as Budd-Chiari syndrome); (2) Patients combined with HIV infection; (3) Missing of CT and MRI data; (4) Missing of clinical data and survival data.
