Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for insomnia in Western medicine; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese medicine for insomnia and liver depression and fire syndrome; (3) Age between 18-65 years old, male and female gender are not required; (4) The patient's score of 7 = PSQI score = 16; (5) The patient's 14 points = HAMA score = 29 points; (6) No participation in clinical trials in the previous month; (7) Those who have clear consciousness, can actively cooperate in filling out the questionnaires and scales, and actively cooperate in the treatment process; (8) Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria for insomnia; (2) Those with systemic diseases such as pain, fever, cough, surgery, etc., as well as those caused by external environmental disturbances; (3) Combined with serious primary diseases of heart, lung and other systems; (4) Those with combined organic mental disorders or drug-induced insomnia; (5) Patients with combined depression; (6) Those who do not accept or cooperate with the survey.
