Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: At the same time, it meets the diagnostic criteria of non-organic insomnia and hypnotic drug dependence sleep disorder. 2: At least 18 years of age 3: The total time of taking Esazolam =3 months, and the cumulative number of days of taking the drug =50%; Dose =10mg 4: The patients signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Does not meet the above diagnostic criteria 2: Patients who use other drugs for insomnia besides Esazolam 3: 70 years old 4: Pregnant and lactating women 5: Alcoholism or other substance dependence.
