Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Fifty reproductive-age patients with endometriosis who are receiving treatment at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital in Beijing meet the indications for undergoing hysteroscopy due to infertility or other relevant indications. 2)These patients meet the diagnostic criteria for endometriosis (according to the Ninth Edition of the diagnostic criteria outlined in "Obstetrics and Gynecology" published by People's Health Publishing House) and are categorized into subgroups based on whether they have concomitant adenomyosis. 3)They voluntarily sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Suffering from vaginitis, severe pelvic adhesions, a history of previous acute inflammation, cancer, endocrine disorders, or autoimmune diseases; 2)Use of GnRH, hormones, antibiotics, probiotics, or vaginal medications within the past three months; 3)Undergoing cervical treatment within a week, vaginal irrigation within five days, or engaging in sexual activity within 48 hours; 4)Currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or menstruating.
