18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age:18 ~ 45; (2) Regular menstrual cycle for at least 3 consecutive months (24-35 days) before the experiment; (3) Premenstrual symptoms mostly appeared 2 weeks before menstruation; (4) Symptoms subside shortly after the start of menstruation and disappear for most of the mid-follicular period of the menstrual cycle; (5) symptoms related to impairment of daily functioning and/or interpersonal relationships, and/or causing distress, emotional or physical pain; (6) PSST scale screening passed; (7) The symptom is not merely an aggravation or worsening of another chronic physical or mental illness; (8) Moderate physical activity level (International Physical Activity Scale Long Questionnaire (Chinese version IPAQ) medium); (9) Right-handedness (confirmed by the Edinburgh Handedness Scale).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) pregnant or breastfeeding; (2) Have a history of thyroid disease, gynecological inflammation, menopausal syndrome, hysterectomy or bilateral oophorectomy, breast disease or cancer and other organic diseases; (3) treatment with any steroid compounds (including oral contraceptives and hormonal intrauterine devices), benzodiazepines, or other psychotropic drugs that affect PMS; (4) Smoking or drinking alcohol; (5) vestibular or visual impairment; (6) A musculoskeletal injury to the lower extremity in the past 6 months.
