Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Signed informed consent form 2. The patient was diagnosed with high myopia related macular foveoschisis combined with foveal detachment, regardless of gender, aged = 18 years old; 3. Patients who have undergone vitrectomy, fovea-sparing internal limiting membrane peeling, and gas tamponade by clinical physicians; 4. Patients who are permanent residents of the local area or plan to have long-term follow-up visits in this hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Simultaneously participating in other intervention treatment studies; 2. Individuals with a history of proliferative vitreoretinopathy, idiopathic or highly myopic macular hole, rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, primary or secondary glaucoma, and other ocular diseases; 3. Those who are unable to complete regular follow-up.
