20 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with gastric cancer diagnosed by pathology; 2. Subjects aged 18-90 years (inclusive); 3. Have at least 1 measurable lesion, according to RECIST 1.1 criteria; 4. First-line systemic anti-tumor therapy effectively entered the maintenance therapy stage, and PD-1 monoclonal antibody 200mg d1 q3w immune maintenance therapy was given; 5. ECOG score 0-1 points; 6. No autoimmune diseases; 7. Not using high-dose hormones and long-term antibiotics; 8. Estimated survival = 4 months; 9. No infectious diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a mental disorder and are unable to cooperate; 2. Have a history of immunodeficiency, or have other acquired or congenital immunodeficiency diseases, or have a history of organ transplantation; 3. Use of high-dose glucocorticoids or immunotransplantants or long-term use of antibiotics within 4 weeks; 4. Patients who participated in other clinical trials within 4 weeks; 5. Patients with infectious pneumonitis, non-infectious pneumonitis, interstitial pneumonia and other patients who need to use corticosteroids; 6. Have a history of severe chronic autoimmune diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.; Have a history of ulcerative enteritis, inflammatory bowel disease such as Crohn's disease, and a history of chronic diarrheal diseases such as irritable bowel syndrome; Has a history of sarcoidosis or tuberculosis; 7. Patients who do not follow the doctor's instructions, do not use drugs according to the regulations, or have incomplete information that may affect the judgment of efficacy or safety; 8. According to the judgment of the investigator, there are serious concomitant diseases that endanger the safety of the patient or affect the patient's completion of the study;
