Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria of FAI patients need to meet the following five conditions: ? The number of ankle sprains has reached more than 2 times, and there is obvious sense of losing control during exercise; ? Cumberland questionnaire score =24; ? No lower limb fracture or operation; ? The first ankle sprain has been more than one year since this test; ? The stress test of the front drawer and varus of ankle joint was negative. Coper patients need to meet the following four conditions at the same time: ? The first ankle sprain has been more than one year since this test; ? The ankle joint has a strong sense of stability during exercise, and there has never been a second sprain after the first sprain; ? The level of physical activity was not affected by ankle sprain within one year before the test; ? Cumberland questionnaire score > 24. The inclusion criteria of people without sprain need to meet the following two conditions at the same time: (1) Never experienced an ankle sprain that seriously reduced the level of physical activity; ? Cumberland questionnaire score > 24.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (The following two conditions must be met simultaneously) (1) any lower limb musculoskeletal structure (i.e., bone, joint structure, nerve) previous surgical history; ? In the past three months, the musculoskeletal structures of other joints of the lower limbs have suffered acute injuries (such as sprains and fractures), resulting in at least one day of suspension of activities; ? Suffering from diseases such as nervous system and vestibular system; ? Have a history of major diseases, such as tumor and advanced cancer.
