Conventional scar treatment group:Routine management with silicone-based gel preparations and tension reducer therapy throughout the course of treatment

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. age 18-60 years; 2. incision length over (including) 4 cm; 3. skin type III: sometimes burns and sometimes tans, common in yellow people, or type IV: rarely burns and often tans, common in yellow people; 4. patients undergoing dermatologic surgical procedures planned for one-stage suturing.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant women, women who plan to become pregnant within six months, or women who are breastfeeding; 2. abnormal complete blood count, abnormal liver or renal function; 3. history of malignancy or radiation therapy, infectious or viral skin disease, immunosuppression, prolonged systemic corticosteroid therapy, and use of any scarring treatments 4 weeks prior to the initiation of treatment; 4. known allergy to topical lidocaine anesthesia, and history of photosensitizing medications; 5. lesion Wounds or ulcers at the site; 6. Participation in other clinical trials; 7. Underlying diseases such as diabetes mellitus and hypertension.
