Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) The main complaints were frequent urination, urgent urination, urination pain, suprapubic area and urethra pain when the bladder was full, relief after urination and other typical interstitial bladder inflammation; 2) Keep a 72-hour urination diary; 3) To improve the interstitial bladder inflammation Index scale (ICSI) and visual analogue Scale (VAS) to evaluate pain; 4) Meet the requirements of rs-fMRI examination; 5) Voluntarily participate in the research and sign the informed consent; 6) Able to communicate well with investigators and willing to comply with the requirements of the entire experiment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant, lactating and menstruating women; 2) Combined with uncontrolled urinary tract infection, urinary tract obstruction, urinary tract tumor; 3) Mental illness can not cooperate with the doctor; 4) The presence of non-urinary malignancies and other concomitant diseases that seriously affect health; 5) Clinically confirmed OAB and other diseases that induce bladder irritation symptoms; 6) Other circumstances in which the investigator considers it inappropriate to participate in the study; 7) Head movement exceeding 1.5mm or 1.5° during rs-fMRI; 8) People with contraindications in rs-fMRI
