Preoperative anxiety

Interventions

CMERAS Group:Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) technique: auricular acupressure points. Auricular acupoints: liver, heart, Shenmen, endocrine, Sanjiao Method of operation: 1min for each point, 5 time
Conventional ERAS group:ERAS Clinical Pathway and Routine Insomnia Interventions in Gastrointestinal Surgery Department of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University, Lanzhou, China

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-80 years old; and (2) Abdominal diseases to be treated by surgery; and (3) No anti-anxiety or sleep-aid treatment in the past 3 months. (4) Chinese medicine identification belongs to the cardiac deficiency and liver depression; (5) The patients volunteered to participate in the clinical trial. (5) Patients volunteered to participate in the clinical trial and signed an informed consent form; (6) Anaesthesia was general anaesthesia with ASA classification = grade III;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with severe heart, liver, kidney and other organ dysfunction; and (2) Those with skin allergies, skin breakouts, and poor glycaemic control in diabetes mellitus; and (3) Those who have habitual insomnia in the past and rely on drugs to assist sleep; (4) Those with secondary insomnia due to mental illness and alcoholism; and (5) Those who suffer from severe mental illness, or cannot cooperate with this study for reasons of language communication difficulties; (6) Participating in other clinical studies.
