Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cardiac surgery patients who intend to undergo cardiopulmonary bypass; 2. Age= 18 years old; 3. Sign the informed consent form by myself or the authorized agent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative combined with important organ dysfunction; 2. Preoperative malignant tumor or autoimmune system disease; 3. Preoperative circulation is unstable, even shock patients; 4. Delay chest closing; 5. The patient refused to participate in this study.
