Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Current smokers; ?= 10 cigarettes smoked per day and =5 years of smoking duration; ?Aged between 18 to 60 years old; ?Expired air carbon monoxide = 6 ppm; ?Willing to complete follow-up assessment after signing an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Severe liver and lung dysfunction; ?Having received any smoking cessation treatment within 30 days; ?Being pregnancy or lactation period. ?Medical history of serious heart disease, pulmonary disease, encephalopathy disease, hematological disease; ?Diagnosis of mental diseases or drug user; ?Being in a disease or state that cannot meet the research requirements according to the researcher's judgment.
