65 Years to 89 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 60-89 years old (2) ASA Grade I-III (3) No serious cardiovascular disease (4) No mental illness (5) Lower extremity orthopedic surgery (6) No contraindications for spinal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Refuse to participate (2) Vasoactive drugs are required to maintain mean arterial pressure above 65mmHg (3) Baseline MAP is less than 70mmHg (4) Peripheral vascular disease (5) Severe cardiovascular disease (including unstable angina, heart failure, implanted pacemaker, portal hypertension, etc.) (6) Emergency patients
