Premature ovarian insufficiency

Interventions

treatment group:Four capsules of Yang Yin Shu Gan Capsules, tid, were given daily with warm water for 12 weeks.
control group:Yang Yin Shu Gan Capsules Placebo 4 capsules, tid, with warm water, were given daily for 12 weeks.

18 Years to 39 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Those who meet the above diagnosis of Chinese and Western medicine; ? 18kg/? <BMI<24kg/? ; ?18 years old< age <40 years old; ?No hormone therapy in the past 3 months, selective estrogen receptor modulators or aromatase inhibitors, soybean extracts or herbs; ? Those who have no requirement for childbearing and are strictly contraceptive during the treatment period; ?Those who have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Those who have a history of the following gynecological pelvic surgeries: ovarian cyst removal, ovarian perforation, ovarian wedge resection, adnexectomy, salpingo-oophorectomy, tubectomy, tubal ligation, pelvic abscess surgery, uterine artery embolization, etc. or those who have used reproduction-toxicity medications, such as lei gong teng, kunming shan hae teng, torches flower root tablets, and chemotherapeutic drugs; ? other endocrine disorders caused by menstrual disorders, such as hyperprolactinemia, endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome and thyroid disease; (iii) Organic pathologies such as malformations of the reproductive tract, congenital glandular insufficiency and uterine amenorrhea; (iv) Uncontrollable and/or diagnostic medical conditions that may interfere with or affect the study treatment, e.g., severe liver, kidney, heart, and brain diseases; patients with malignant tumors; and persons with severe mentally disabling disorders; ? Pregnancy or lactation; ? Combination of certain allergic diseases such as asthma.
