Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 40-80 years old 2. ASA classification ? ~ ? 3. Patients undergoing elective thoracic surgery under general anesthesia with one-lung ventilation at our hospital 4. Participate in the study and sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who refused to participate in this experimental study 2. patients with intraoperative bleeding greater than 800 ml, with anesthesia or other food or drug allergies 3. Regular preoperative use of opioids or sedatives, antidepressants or anxiolytics 4. patients with cognitive dysfunction as assessed by the preoperative Mini-Mental Status Examination (MMSE) 5. patients with a history of previous brain injury central nervous system disease or neurosurgery 6. Those who are not suitable for clinical trials for other reasons in the opinion of the investigator and those who are participating in other clinical trial studies
