60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 60 to 85 years old. 2. have basic communication and comprehension abilities. 3. The remaining blood samples from the physical examination have been stored at the Clinical Biobank of Xiangya Hospital, Central South University, and informed consent has been signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with significant disabilities, requiring assistance for walking, and unable to participate in grip strength and gait speed tests. 2. Individuals with severe diseases that limit exercise testing and training (such as Parkinson's disease, motor neuron disease, sequelae of stroke) affecting functional mobility. 3. Individuals with significant organ failure. 4. Individuals with malignant tumors. 5. history of severe mental illness.
