20 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Age = 20 years; ?In early pregnancy (10-13+6 weeks); ?EPDS scale score <11 at enrollment; ?singleton pregnancy; ?Agree to participate in this study and are willing to complete follow-ups.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Cognitive deficits, inability to complete questionnaires; ?Pregnant women with diabetes or PCOS; ?Currently on antipsychotic medication; ?Family history of mental illness.
