20 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age < 40 years; (2) frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles; (3) endometrial preparation protocol for natural cycles or microstimulation cycles; (4) D5/D6 high-quality single blastocyst transfer cycles without C.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) recurrent miscarriage (= 2 spontaneous abortions); (2) previous = 3 failed ET cycles (no implantation after transplantation); (3) combined uterine diseases (including uterine malformations, such as unicornuate uterus, bicornuate uterus, septate uterus and didelphys uterus, adenomyosis, uterine fibroids, endometrial polyps, intrauterine adhesions, etc.); (4) hydrosalpinx; (5) moderate to severe endometriosis (1996 American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) endometriosis criteria); (6) confirmed chromosomal abnormalities in both partners and/or the need for preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) operation; (7) participated in another clinical trial within the past 30 days; (8) suffering from other diseases that are contradictory to ART treatment or unable to tolerate pregnancy; (9) egg freezing cycle.
