Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age = 18 years; ? Critically ill patients receiving CRRT; ? Estimated CRRT treatment time = 24 hours; ? Patients judged by the clinical doctor as unsuitable for any anticoagulant therapy; ? Signed informed consent for anticoagulant-free treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Pregnant women, patients with tumors, and those participating in other research projects; ? Patients who have used anticoagulant drugs before treatment; ? Patients who have achieved the treatment effect and terminated the treatment prematurely according to the doctor's advice, or those who have experienced severe complications or adverse events during the treatment and were judged by the doctor to terminate the treatment; ? Discharged automatically.
