Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =18 years old; 2. Meet the 2017 ACC/AHA Guidelines for Hypertension and 2022 China Clinical Practice Guidelines for Hypertension diagnostic criteria: systolic blood pressure (SBP)= 130mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure (DBP)=80mmHg; 3. Have been diagnosed with hypertension, are taking antihypertensive drugs, or have a history of taking antihypertensive drugs; 4. Agree to join the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious diseases of important organs and a history of malignant tumors, including hematologic tumors and other serious primary diseases; 2. Infection, fever, trauma, burn, surgical history and acute onset within the past 1 month; 3. Major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE: non-fatal myocardial infarction, non-fatal cerebrovascular events, death) 4. Secondary hypertension or malignant hypertension; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Suffering from mental illness, unable to cooperate with investigators or others unwilling to actively cooperate with investigators.
