60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)The patient was scheduled to undergo abdominal surgery under general anesthesia, =60 years old, ASA grade I to III (2)The operation time is expected to be at least 2 hours (3)The hospital stay is expected to be at least 2 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of dementia, delirium or neurological and mental diseases due to various causes; (2) Poor results of preoperative assessment of cognitive function or mental state; (3) A history of alcohol or drug dependence; (4) Current use of sedatives or antidepressants or recent use of drugs that cross the blood-brain barrier; (5) Patients admitted to ICU after surgery; (6) A second operation is planned within 7 days of the first operation; (7) Sleep apnea syndrome; (8) Suffering from renal failure or active liver disease; (9) Unwilling or unable to cooperate (language disorder, severe hearing and visual impairment) to complete the experiment
