Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? meet the above diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and Chinese medicine; ? Age 18-80 years old; ? no antibiotics or microecological agents were used within 1 month; ? Han nationality; A variety of dietary structure, typical diet including rice, meat, vegetables, beans and seafood; ? Clear consciousness, good understanding and language skills, able to complete the questionnaire smoothly; Fully communicate with patients and agree with participants; ? Sign informed consent;
