18 Years to 81 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? preoperative diagnosis of inguinal hernia by ultrasound or CT; ? preoperative cardiac, pulmonary, and coagulation function assessment, and can tolerate laparoscopic routine surgery; ? age =18 and =81; ? non-emergency surgery; ? not receiving chemoradiation therapy prior to the operation; ? preoperative anesthesia and surgical tolerance assessed according to the ASA standard of ? to ?; ? signing an informed consent form prior to the operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Combined with serious heart, lung, cerebrovascular disease or other serious organ dysfunction; ? recurrent hernia, incarcerated hernia; ? combined with serious autoimmune disease; ? pregnant or lactating women; ? long-term glucocorticoid treatment before the operation; ? combined with the uncontrolled psychiatric disorders; ? combined with cirrhosis of the liver and ascites and other diseases that lead to increased abdominal pressure before the operation.
