50 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged 50 to 70 years who were diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer and underwent elective resection for lung cancer. (2) Patients with primary non-small cell lung cancer. (3) Be able to read and understand the scale, and be able to complete the scale independently. (4) Karnofsky performance status score =60%. (5) Give informed consent to this study and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative radiotherapy. (2) Patients with serious organic diseases or dysfunction of other organs such as heart, brain, kidney, etc. (3) People with a history of mental illness and cognitive impairment. (4) There are alcohol and drug dependence. (5) Those who have received psychological counseling, psychotherapy or are receiving anti-depression, anti-anxiety and other drugs within 3 months. (6) Patients with previous surgical history.
