65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Undergoing laparoscopic surgery; 2.Aged 65 to 85 years old; 3.The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is classified as Grade I-III; 4.Expected mechanical ventilation time > 3 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency surgery; 3.BMI > 30kg/m2; 3.Acute heart failure; 4.Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency (Child-Pugh grade B, C, creatinine > 200 mmol/L or glomerular filtration rate < 30ml/min); 5.Patients who underwent general anesthesia or mechanical ventilation in the last 2 weeks.
