Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 65 years or older (including 65 years old) with ASA classification of I-III, undergoing ureteral and kidney stone lithotripsy surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of neurological diseases, severe mental illness, autoimmune diseases, persistent infectious diseases, acute inflammation or malignant tumors; patients with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction.
