60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Elderly people aged 60 and above living in communities in Tianhe District of Guangzhou; (2) The elderly can walk independently indoors (with/without a walker); ? Walking speed 2 points; Ability to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? elderly people can not walk without assistance; Be deemed unfit by a GP due to an unstable medical condition, such as being diagnosed with a heart attack within the last 3 months; Being diagnosed with dementia or being unable to follow instructions and answer interview questions; ? Living in a nursing home.
