20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged between 20 and 40; (2) The 75g oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) was accepted at 24-28 weeks of gestation, which met the diagnostic criteria for GDM of the International Association for the Study of Diabetes and Pregnancy; (3) gestational age =37 weeks; (4) Single fetus, head position; (5) pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum did not use insulin, metformin and other hypoglycemic drugs; (6) Vaginal delivery; (7) no spinal anesthesia contraindications, voluntary labor analgesia after regular contractions; (8) Agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Uterine opening to more than 4cm; (2) severe systemic diseases of liver, kidney, heart, lung, etc.; (3) bradycardia, arrhythmia; (4) long-term use of sedatives or analgesics; (5) People with abnormal spirits
