Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria (all the following items must be met) (1) Age: 29 days to 16 years old; Children presenting with respiratory infection-related syndrome. (2) The diagnosis was consistent with the CAP standard for children. (3) Within 5 days of the patient's visit to the unit or within 5 days of admission. (4) Patients themselves and/or their guardians sign informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 2. Exclusion criteria (if you meet any of the following items, you will be excluded) (1) Congenital immune deficiency, severe respiratory and circulatory system diseases, chronic lung diseases, kidney or liver diseases, cardiovascular diseases, connective tissue diseases and other underlying diseases; (2) long-term systemic hormones or immunosuppressants; (3) Parents or children do not want to participate in the researchers.
