Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =18 years old, regardless of gender (2) Elective vascular endoluminal repair surgery (operative time >2h and hospitalization =2 days)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients or their families refused to participate in the study and patients did not sign an informed consent form; (2) Patients requiring preoperative blood purification therapy; (3) Cases of cardiac coronary angiography and interventional procedures; (4) Patients with intracranial vascular stent implantation; (5) Cases in which serum Scr was not reviewed within one week after surgery.
