18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with solitary supratentorial glioma diagnosed by imaging; 2) Craniotomy is recommended; 3) Aged between 18 and 75 years; 4) Gender is not limited; 5) Karnofsky score = 60; 6) Informed consent is obtained from the participant.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Emergency surgery is needed; 2) MRI scan on the head cannot be completed; 3) multiple brain tumors; 4) screening MRI indicates non-tumoral cerebral hemorrhage; 5) screening MRI indicates acute or subacute cerebral infarction; 6) Pregnant or lactating women; 7) Pre-existing psychiatric diseases; 8) combine severe cardiovascular diseases or other critical diseases; 9) Previous history of intracranial hemorrhage; 10) Underwent severe trauma within three months, or unrecovered major surgery within four weeks prior to study enrollment 11) A history of drug and alcohol abuse in the past six months; 12) Participation in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to the study enrollment; 13) The investigators consider it inappropriate for participate in this study.
