Experimental group two:cataract surgery with target refraction mutifocal IOL implantation ( intentional myopia)
control group:cataract surgery with target refraction monofocal IOL implantation (intentional myoia)

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients more than 21 years old with varying degrees of lens opacity, and length of optical axis > 26 mm or myopic diopters<-5.0D.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with previous ocular surgery, ocular traumaor other ocular diseases; 2.Intraoperative complications include irregular tearing of the anterior or posterior capsule of the lens, rupture of the posterior capsule, suspension ligament rupture, nuclear subsidence and vitreous prolapse; 3. Postoperative intraocular lens tilted or deviated
