Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (any one of the following criteria is met) 1 .Age of onset = 35 years; 2 .Age of onset = 50 years and 1 consanguineous close relative who is also a patient with breast cancer with an age of onset = 50 years and/or 1 or more consanguineous close relatives who are patients with ovarian epithelial/tubal/primary peritoneal carcinoma at any age; 3. A single individual who has 2 primary breast carcinomas and the age of first onset is = 50 years of age; 4.age of onset at any age, while 2 or more consanguineous close relatives have breast cancer and/or ovarian epithelial, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer at any age of onset; 5. the patient is male, or a consanguineous male close relative has breast cancer; 6. and a combined past history of ovarian epithelial, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer. a. Close relatives are defined as first-, second-, and third-degree relatives. b. 2 primary breast cancers include bilateral breast cancers or 2 or more primary breast cancers of the same breast of clearly distinct origins.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who did not sign the informed consent form; 2. Those who could not provide blood specimens; 3. Metastatic breast cancer, and bilateral breast cancer due to metastasis to the contralateral breast after unilateral onset of the disease; 4. Lack of medical diagnostic certificates with a definitive diagnosis of breast cancer; 5. Breast cancer patients <18 years of age who were unable to provide evidence of consent to participate in the study from a legal guardian.
