Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The gestational age of infants born in Shenzhen Maternal and Child Health Hospital and discharged in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) was less than 32 weeks, and their families were able to cooperate with the early preterm infants who completed the study, and their guardians signed informed consents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with congenital nervous system malformations, congenital genetic metabolic diseases, congenital heart disease, digestive tract malformations, patients who have undergone surgical treatment in the neonatal period, and patients with diseases that seriously affect neurodevelopmental outcomes in the neonatal period (including severe neonatal asphyxia, grade III to IV intracranial hemorrhage, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, bilirubin encephalopathy, etc.).
