Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 18 years. (2) The patient complained of a previous positive nucleic acid test or antigenic self-assay for novel coronavirus. (3) The patient previously been hospitalized for COVID-19 and now requires hospitalization again due to acute exacerbation of COVID-19. (4) Patients primarily diagnosed and treated at our hospital. (5) Complete clinical information records. (6) Must sign an informed consent form before inclusion in the cohort and be able to participate in the study protocol and follow-up according to the protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Women of childbearing age who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding. (2) Abnormal mental state. (3) History of drug abuse and drug use (4) Participants in other clinical studies prior to enrolment.
