Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Be over 18 years of age; (2) Two specialists with advanced degrees of competence independently assessed the disease and both concluded that there was no more effective treatment, or that there was a more effective treatment but the patient refused to pursue it; (3) Two specialists with advanced degrees independently assessed the disease and both concluded that "would not be surprised if the patient died in the next year".
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient is unable to sign informed consent or is unable to cooperate in completing the relevant scales; (2) The patient has already received palliative medical treatment; (3) The patient refuses palliative care.
