Interventions

Group 1 (with one reduction and immediate evaluation of negative Dix Hallpike Test and Roll Test):BPPV reduction treatment.

Group 2 (reset twice, immediate evaluation of Dix Hallpike Test and Roll Test negative):BPPV reduction treatment.

Group 3 (reset 3 times, immediate evaluation of Dix Hallpike Test and Roll Test negative):BPPV reduction treatment.

Group 4 (reset 3 times, immediate evaluation of Dix Hallpike Test or Roll Test positive):BPPV reduction treatment.

18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, (2) Age>18 years old, regardless of gender, (3) Able to complete Dix Hallpike Test and Roll Test results; (4) Successfully completed BPPV reduction treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with mental illness; (2) Patients with infectious diseases; (3) Patients with severe cardiovascular disease; (4) Patients with blood pressure exceeding 180/110 mmHg

Measure	Time frame
After professional training, doctors make a phone appointment for patients to return to the hospital for evaluation of dizziness symptoms and Dix Hallpike Test and Roll Test within 3 days after undergoing otolith reduction treatment. When the patient's dizziness symptoms improve and Dix Hallpike Test and Roll Test results are negative, it is determined that the patient is cured. When the patient's dizziness symptoms still exist or Dix Hallpike Test or Roll Test results are positive, it is determ;	—
