18 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients who have been diagnosed with schizophrenia according to the DSM-V criteria by two doctors with senior professional titles for the first time; ? At least one item on the PANSS scale is above mild (>3 points); ? Age 18-45 years old, right-handed; ? Education level of junior high school or above; ? Schizophrenia has not been treated for =5 years; ? No systematic antipsychotic treatment in the 14 days before enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? with history of chronic neurological disease, abuse of psychoactive substances, mental retardation, and other organic diseases; ? suicidal ideation; ? cannot cooperate with scalp acupuncture or rTMS treatment; ? MECT treatment in the past 6 months.
