18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 20-80 years old; 2) Karnofsky score =80 points; 3) Patients and family members can understand the study protocol and are willing to participate in the study, providing written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) ASA Level ? to ?; 2) Pregnant or lactating women; 3) Serious cardiovascular disease, uncontrollable infection, or other uncontrollable co-morbidifications; 4) History of other multiple tumor diseases, or other genetic diseases; 5) Patients or family members were unable to understand the conditions and objectives of the study.
