Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. After dilated pupil optometry, the patient's spherical lens power ranges from -1.00D to -6.00D, and the cylindrical lens power is less than -1.50D 2. The patient is over 18 years old 3. The patient's best corrected visual acuity reaches 1.0 or above 4. Patients need to voluntarily sign an informed consent form 5. During the study period, patients need to have the ability and voluntarily complete follow-up on time

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has potential, recurrent or progressive corneal diseases, corneal abnormalities (especially recurrent corneal erosion, severe stromal lesions, keratoconus, and transparent marginal corneal degeneration) 2. The patient has adopted other myopia control strategies 3. The patient is taking systemic medications that may affect refractive power, such as adrenal cortex hormones and anti metabolic drugs 4. The patient has incomplete immune function or connective tissue disease, dominant genetic disease or diabetes 5. The patient has a history of eye surgery in the past 6. Patients are allergic to the drugs used in the study 7. The patient has a history of glaucoma or is suspected of having glaucoma 8. Patients participating in other trials during the trial period 9. The patient has a history of herpetic keratitis 10. The patient suffers from nystagmus or inability to fixate for a long time
