Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Stage one: 1. Female, age 20= age =38 years, number of oocytes obtained =5 oocytes, or female, age 20= age =38 years, self-paired study of =8 oocytes (sibling comparison, average oocyte allocation, use of different brands of fertilization medium) . 2. For in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) . 3. Both couples use germ cell for assisted reproduction. Stage two: 1. Female, age 20= age =38 years, self-paired study of =8 oocytes (sibling comparison, average oocyte allocation, use of different brands of fertilization medium) . 2. Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Husband with azoospermia or severe oligozoospermia requires Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) . 2. The female subjects had systemic diseases, major endocrine or metabolic abnormalities that were not appropriate for the study. 3. History of ovarian, breast, uterus, pituitary or hypothalamus malignancy;. 4. A known history of chemotherapy or radiotherapy
